Rajamangala University of Technology Lanna (RMUTL) invites students to apply for the Phra Kanittha Samma Cheep Scholarship offered by the Equitable Education Fund (EEF) for the 2024 academic year. This initiative aims to reduce educational inequality by supporting talented vocational students from low-income backgrounds to continue their studies at the bachelor’s degree level, empowering them to reach their full potential and contribute to Thailand’s sustainable development.
On 6 July 2024, Asst. Prof. Dr. Thitiporn Punthachang, Assistant to the President of RMUTL, represented Assoc. Prof. Dr. Uthen Kamnan, Acting President of the University, in attending the EEF’s scholarship promotion meeting at the Equitable Education Fund headquarters in Bangkok. The meeting served as a platform to exchange best practices among partner universities and to strengthen collaboration in expanding educational opportunities for students nationwide.
The Phra Kanittha Samma Cheep Scholarship, graciously named by Her Royal Highness Princess Maha Chakri Sirindhorn, is designed to provide pathways for outstanding vocational and technical students — often referred to as “True Potential Learners” — to pursue higher education.
