The above table demonstrates the amount of food waste in RMUTL. According to the reports from RMUTL canteen staff, waste production at RMUTL in 2022 is 9 tons. Comparing the amount of food waste in 2019 and 2022, it appears that the current policies on food and food waste management are effective in reducing the excessive food consumption on campus. However, the data from 2020 and 2021 are not informative because the campus is mostly closed for onsite learning due to Covid-19 situations.
