Regulations of Rajamangala University of Technology Lanna on Flexible Education Management and the Credit Bank System
In order to align the teaching and learning management of Rajamangala University of Technology Lanna with the university’s regulations on flexible education and the credit bank system, B.E. 2565 (2022), and to ensure consistency with the National Education Act, B.E. 2542 (1999), Section 8, which emphasizes lifelong learning for the public, and Section 15, which specifies three forms of education: formal education, non-formal education, and informal education, allowing learners to accumulate learning outcomes in the same or different formats. Additionally, in accordance with the announcement of the Higher Education Standards Committee on Guidelines for the Implementation of the Credit Bank System at the Higher Education Level, B.E. 2565 (2022), to promote lifelong learning, it is deemed appropriate to establish guidelines for implementing the credit bank system project. This initiative focuses on enhancing competencies and capabilities, connecting formal, non-formal, and informal education, to foster lifelong learning.
