The Food Safety and Quality Promotion Center (FSQPC) organizes food handler training for restaurant and beverage operators at RMUTL

The Office of Property and Benefits Management at Rajamangala University of Technology Lanna (RMUTL) organized a food handler training program for restaurant and beverage operators on Saturday, August 17, 2024, at the Innovation Learning Center, 6th Floor, Chalermphrakiat 56th Anniversary Building, RMUTL.

The training aimed to strengthen participants’ knowledge of food safety, personal hygiene, and relevant regulations, enabling them to prepare and serve food that is clean, safe, and nutritious, preventing contamination by pathogens or chemicals harmful to consumers.

The program was conducted by Mr. Katchathorn Kongkul, Public Health Officer at the Chiang Mai Provincial Public Health Office. A total of 55 participants attended, including RMUTL campus shop operators (Jed Lin, Jed Yod, and Doi Saket), university staff, and external food vendors.
